"The apartment is really well located, big and considered new when you see other places in Paris. We have everything we need to cook and spend good days, I was surprised in a good way. Also, it is really well located. You can see the subway station from the window, there is a bus stop in front of it, a lot of supermarkets and stores. Mikael was really gentle and did his best so we could arrive early. 10/10. I would book it again."

"Like most places in Paris, the acoustic is not amazing. People in the apartment next door (visitors as well) were partying with loud music, laughing and being loud until 2am. If you take the bedroom next to the bathroom is a nightmare."

"The apartment is new and well furnished. The bathroom is a little bit tiny but essential and it has a spacious shower. The host was very helpful. We had late check-in and we managed a way to get the keys. Thank you!"

"Great location, next to a metro stop, and very responsive owner, who made it very easy to retrieve the keys and contact them for any needs. The apartment is very large by Paris standard and very easy to reach in 10 minutes walking from Gare du Nord. The owner was very kind to include a couple of fans in the apartment, to provide some relief in the very hot days when I visited the city."

"There were no major flaws, but a few small things that could have been improved, as for example a small table next to the bed, or a better set of linens and duvet for the summer season (I had a winter duvet and heavy linens in one of the hottest summer days ever, so it didn't feel very comfortable)."

"The location is excellent, the owner was super available by WhatsApp to answer any questions I had, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Also i slept super well as the despite the busy location the apartment was very quiet as the windows are well isolated."

"Приезжали на 3 ночи, квартира очень понравилась. Легкая инструкция по заселению. Есть кофе-машина и вся посуда для комфортного приготовления еды! 2 спальни с двуспальными кроватями. Было жарко, в квартире есть вентиляторы. Расположение около Монматра, пешком 10 минут, рядом есть супермаркеты, рестораны и бары. До метро 100м. До центра на метро минут 25, до Диснейленда 1 час. Нам понравилось!"
